MyPetRescue provides tools to help pet owners manage their pets’ safety, including check-in reminders and contact notifications. However, we do not and cannot guarantee the performance or reliability of these services at all times. Technical failures, server outages, delays, or other unforeseen issues may occur.

By using MyPetRescue, you acknowledge and agree that the safety and well-being of your pet remains solely your responsibility. MyPetRescue is not liable for any loss, injury, or harm resulting from a missed check-in, failed notification, or any other system error or malfunction.

Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. No refunds are provided, and your account will remain active until the end of your normal billing cycle, at which point all data pertaining to you will be removed from our database. This is not recoverable.

You have the option to remove all your data immediately instead of waiting for your normal billing cycle to end.
